Common Questions
What are the preferred file types for artwork?
We recommend providing high-resolution PDF, AI, or EPS files. All fonts should be outlined and images embedded at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher to ensure the sharpest possible print quality.
How much bleed do I need to include?
A standard 1/16" (0.0625") bleed is required on all sides for most label designs. If your artwork extends to the edge of the label, this buffer ensures no white edges appear after precision cutting.
What is your standard production timeline?
Typical production time is 5-7 business days from the moment your final artwork is approved. Rush options are available for projects with tighter deadlines—please contact our team for availability.
Can I make revisions after I submit my order?
Revisions can be made up until the point of digital proof approval. Once you have signed off on the final proof, the job enters our production queue and further changes may incur additional costs or delays.
